Weekly Grade Alerts

The District believes student success is deeply rooted in a strong connection between home and school. The Orchard Farm School District always strives to strengthen that connection.  Every Tuesday morning, Grade Alerts will automatically be sent to all Primary and Alternate parent email addresses that have been registered with the school.

You may sign up to receive email newsletters from the different schools within the district. Click here for more information. Parents automatically receive district eNews via email.

The Orchard Farm School District uses the SchoolMessenger Notification System to provide timely communication to parents and staff members on matters such as attendance, general interest activities, and emergencies. Please contact your child's school if your phone number changes or log in to the Parent Portal. Employees and parents can receive Orchard Farm School District text messages through SchoolMessenger by sending "Yes" to 67587.

Inclement Weather

If the district decides to cancel classes, the decision will be announced over the following stations: KSDK Channel 5, KMOV Channel 4 and FOX Channel 2. In addition, parents will receive notification via the school communication system and it will be posted on both the district Facebook and Twitter.

Flyers from Outside Organizations

The Orchard Farm School Community: Events & Activities group on Facebook is designed to create awareness around opportunities & events to keep kids active and families informed. This group is intended to increase the Orchard Farm School District's environmental responsibility while decreasing the number of flyers going home in backpacks.
Flyers or promotional materials will be submitted to and approved by the Superintendent of Schools. The group is designed as a service to community members. All flyers must include the following DISCLAIMER: "(insert the organization's name) is neither associated with nor endorsed by the Orchard Farm School District, its administration and staff or the Board of Education." Questions can be directed to Jim Dreyer ([email protected]) with the Orchard Farm School District.
