ADDRESSING CONCERNS & GRIEVANCES |
Employees may attempt to resolve minor issues by addressing concerns directly to the person alleged to have violated the district's policy prohibiting discrimination, harassment and retaliation, but they are not expected to do so. Any attempts to voluntarily resolve a grievance will not delay the investigation once a report has been made to the district.

REPORTING PROCESS: |

Employees are encourage to informally notify their immediate supervisor of issues or concerns. |
|
|
If the issue is not resolved, the employee should submit a written grievance, on forms provided by the district , to the immediate supervisor. |
