An employee taking masters level courses is eligible for tuition reimbursement after completing 2 semesters of employment with the district.  Degree program sheets MUST be on file with the Human Resources Office by MAY 1ST to be eligible for reimbursement.   

Example: 
Degree Plan approved by May 1, 2018 -classes summer '18, fall '18, and spring '19 - reimbursement July 2019.

Specialist degree program sheets must be on file with the Human Resources Office before an employee begins classes to be eligible for movement on salary schedule.

 IMPORTANT DATES
 May 1:    Degree plans must be submitted to HR for approval.
 June  15:   All official transcripts for salary movements, paid invoices & grades for tuition reimbursements must
 be submitted.


 SALARY SCHEDULE MOVEMENT

Official transcripts must be received by Human Resources no later than June 15th each year for movement on the salary schedule.

Official transcripts may be provided by either:
