Tuition Reimbusement

Professional staff taking masters level courses are eligible for tuition reimbursement after completing 2 semesters of employment with the district.  Degree program approvals MUST be on file with the Human Resources Office by MAY 1ST to be eligible for reimbursement.   

Example: 
Degree Plan approved by May 1, 2025 - classes summer '25, fall '25, and spring '26- reimbursement July 2026

Specialist degree program sheets MUST be on file with the Human Resources Office before an employee begins classes to be eligible for movement on salary schedule.

Support staff pursue associates, bachelors, masters level courses are eligible for tuition reimbursement after completing 2 semesters of employment with the district.  Degree program approvals MUST be on file with the Human Resources Office by MAY 1ST to be eligible for reimbursement.

District will only provide tuition reimbursement for one degree only.  
Professional staff would be the first masters degree only.

 IMPORTANT DATES
 May 1:    Degree plans must be submitted to HR for approval.
 June  15:   All paid invoices & grades for tuition reimbursements must be submitted.
 August 10:   Official transcripts for salary movement must be submitted.


 SALARY SCHEDULE MOVEMENT

Official transcripts must be received by Human Resources no later than August 10th each year for movement on the salary schedule.

Official transcripts may be provided by either:
   •  Official web transcript directly from university to [email protected] or [email protected]
   •  Sealed transcript delivered to:
                           Orchard Farm School District
                            Human Resources
