Arrow/Cursor is Frozen or Has Disappeared


Try a hard reset.  To do a hard reset, press the Refresh and Power buttons at the same time.  

If this doesn't work, please request assistance (Step 2 on the Student Tech Help Desk homepage).

Mousepad/Trackpad is Not Clicking


This is when the arrow and cursor work just fine but the trackpad is not allowing you to click on anything.  Unfortunatley, there is no troubleshooting that you can do for this.  Please go to the Student Tech Help Desk homepage and request assistance.
