Some Keys Are Not Working
Try a hard reset. This is where you press the Refresh and Power button at the same time.
If this did not fix the problem, please request assistance (see Student Tech Help Desk homepage). The keyboard possibly needs to be replaced.
Keys Are Missing
You will not be able to troubleshoot this issue. Please request assistance to get this issue repaired (see Student Tech Help Desk homepage). This repair will incur a $20 damage fee to replace the keyboard.
Keys Typing the Wrong Language
At some point, the default language on your Chromebook has been changed.
To change it back, click on the tool bar. You will see a button for Keyboard. Please click that button and change the language to the desired language.
