If your issue
occurs within the school year, please use the link or the QR code below to complete a form to request assistance from your librarian in your building. Your librarian will send a pass for you to bring your Chromebook to the library (in its case) for further assistance.

If your issue
occurs once school is out for the summer, send an email to the technology department at
[email protected]. They will contact you via email to make arrangements to help you with the repair. They are located on the main campus at 2115 Highway V (first building on the right near the entrance to the Highway V Campus).
If you need a repair or assistance over the summer, please do NOT take your Chromebook to any of the school buildings.
If the Chromebook has to be repaired with the school, will there be a cost associated with the repair?
If the issue is a technical issue, there will be zero cost for the repair.
If the issue is caused by damage, there will be a Damage Fee assessed. First and second claims for damage are $20, and the third claim is $40. The most common damage fees asssessed are for screen damage, missing keys and damaged charging ports.
PLEASE remember that OFSD Chromebooks should only be repaired by OFSD technicians. Students, parents and guardians should not attempt repairs of any kind, and the device should not be taken to an outside repair facility.
