Student Registration Requirements
To complete the online registration process, families will be required to upload the documents listed below.
Having these items prepared in advance will help ensure a smooth and efficient enrollment experience.
Required Documents
Parent/Guardian Identification
- Driver’s license or other state- or federally issued photo identification
Student’s Proof of Date of Birth
- Birth certificate
- State- or federally issued identification card
Immunization Records
- Immunizations must be up to date and compliant with Missouri State Law.
Court Documents (If Applicable)
- Custody documentation
- Guardianship paperwork
Proof of Residency
Residency documentation is required for all enrolling students. Requirements vary depending on your living situation.
Homeowners or Renters
- One document from Column A
- One document from Column B
A utility bill must include your name, service address, and current date.
In the Process of Becoming a District Resident
Residing with a Friend or Relative
- A Residency Verification Affidavit must be completed and notarized.
- The friend/relative must provide proof of residency. One document from Column A and one document from Column B.
Living in Temporary Housing

If your family is currently living in a hotel, shelter, campground, or other temporary arrangement,
please call 636-925-5461 for assistance with enrollment.
Acceptable Proof of Residency Documents
Please provide two current documents—one from each column.
Column A
- Mortgage statement
- Real estate tax statement
- Signed rental agreement
- Paid rent receipt
Column B

Utility bill (gas, electric, water, internet)
Online billing notifications are accepted
- Billing statement (credit card or insurance)
- Personal property tax statement

Centralized enrollment is processed through the Student Services Department
