Return to School

Orchard Farm Families,

The 2022-2023 school year is right around the corner. Here is the information you need to know:

  • Yearly online registration in the Parent Portal for returning students is now open. Although returning students are automatically enrolled in the upcoming school year, we ask that you complete the registration to make sure your information is up to date.

  • School Supply List can be found by clicking your school(s) below or by visiting your school on our website.

  • If you have moved or do not plan to attend Orchard Farm in 2022-23, please contact Cassie Southards at (636) 925-5461or email: [email protected] as soon as possible.

  • During the 2021-2022 school year breakfast and lunch were offered at no cost to families. Guidance from the USDA does not allow schools to offer universal free meals during the 2022-2023 school year. Families will need to complete the free and reduced meal application to see if they qualify to receive these benefits. Get the free and reduced meal application online at OFSD.K12.MO.US or get a hard copy from any school building. Please email a picture/ scan of your completed form to [email protected] or drop off at your student(s) school/ Central Office.

  • Please visit our Transportation Department App (Traversa Ride360) to look up your student(s) bus stop, if applicable. Parents will need their 10-digit student id number in order to add a student in Ride360. This can be found in the parent portal under "Student Details". Please note that bus stops may be adjusted up until the start of the school year due to additional student enrollment. To opt out of bus transportation, to please call us at 636-695-8604.

  • Open Houses:

    • OFHS 8/17 5pm-7pm

    • OFMS 8/17 5pm-7pm

    • OFE 8/18 5pm-7pm

    • DES 8/18 5pm-7pm

    • ELC 8/17 5pm-7pm

  • As we begin the 2022-2023 school year, COVID-19 cases continue to occur in the region. It is critical that students stay home when they are exhibiting symptoms of the virus. This coupled with the use of available testing helps to reduce inadvertent spread in school communities. It is highly recommended that all families take advantage of the Federal Government’s opportunity to receive free at-home testing kits. These are delivered to your home and can be accessed here

You can also expect direct communication from your student(s) building administration in the next few days. We look forward to seeing you all on August 22, 2022!
