Generally speaking, there is no troubleshooting to assist you with error messages.  Please see Step 2 on the Student Tech Help Desk homepage to request assistance.  Below are some common error messages that you might see.

 

Chrome OS is Missing

This is a common screen that we see when the Chromebook has a glitch.  This is a quick and easy repair, but it will require the assistance of an OFSD technician to reinstall the operating system.  Here are some common examples of what that screen looks like.

          

Cryptohome is Corrupted
