 Vendor Registration Info

 

Vendors requesting to be placed on the Orchard Farm School District Purchasing Department's Official Bid List are required to complete a registration packet.  The packet includes all four documents listed below as well as a completed W-9 Request for Tax Exempt Form.

Completing the packet does not guarantee future business with the District, but will provide the vendor an opportunity to participate in the competitive bid process.
